Michael Rehbein, Managing Director

After graduating from the University of Queensland, Michael commenced his career as a practising Registered Valuer between 1992 and 1998.

Since 1998 Michael has been developing in inner Brisbane. This development activity continued through the GFC.

In 2010 Michael expanded to include PDS Advisory.

Michael has provided long term pro-bono services to the Housing Industry Association Environment, Planning and Development Committee which has been an industry leader in working with Brisbane City Council.

Michael has presented to Local Government on matters including market impact of planning amendments, Medium Rise buildings, Sub-divisions, Small Lot Housing, Heritage Overlays and Townhouse and Operational development issues. PDS continue to strive for greater efficiency in the assessment and delivery of Property Development.
